This is how the smartphone ticket works:

1. Download the Axess SkiWallet app from the Apple App Store or Google PlayStore.

2. Buy ticket and transfer to the app via QR code scan or direct link.

3. Activate ticket - in this step it is inseparably connected to the smartphone and cannot be activated by any other device.

4. Switch on the ticket and let the app run in the background.

5. Insert phone into the left chest pocket of the jacket and go through the turnstile as usual.

Please note:

• Steps 2 and 3 from above require a connection to the internet. All other steps can be done without a connection. Also, use while skiing is not dependent on an internet connection.
• Fully charge the smartphone before the ski day.
• Always keep the SkiWallet app running in the background.
• Monitor battery level during ski day.

Minimum phone requirements:

• Apple iPhone:
  • iOS 16.0 or later.
  • Models: iPhone 8 or later.
• Android phones:
  • Android 8.0 or later.
  • Models: Due to the large number of different Android devices and their different hardware, it is not possible to restrict to specific manufacturers and models. In any case, the following models have been tested so far:
  • Google Pixel 6, Google Pixel 7, OnePlus 8T, Oneplus 9 pro, Oneplus Nord, Poco F3, Realme 8 Pro, Redmi Note 11, Samsung A8 2018, Samsung A20e, Samsung A71,  Samsung Galaxy A71, Samsung Note 10+, Samsung S7 Edge, Samsung S9+, Samsung S10+, Samsung S21, Samsung S21 FE, Samsung S22, Samsung S22 Ultra, Xioami M11 Lite.
